Rheinbad-BIM
For the extension of the Rheinbad in Düsseldorf, GREENbimlabs built a BIM-model, setup the documentation strategy and fed it with the requirements data collected from the project consortium, consisting of designers, owner, operator, FM and producers. GREENbimlabs performed the safety, circularity and cost simulation and suggested optimisation scenarios aligned to the pre-set goals of the investor and operator: detect and minimise maintenance costs, improve maintainability, increase circularity and prepare a detailed BIM-based documentation for further monitoring of material safety, circularity and costs. Following the motto “Don’t explain me, show me!” the final step was a walk through and option visualisation in a VR CAVE gave the opportunity.
